What are CodyCoins?
CodyCoins are points earned from taking care of other pets. Depending on the type of service pet owners requested or provided the value of CodyCoins can be different. For example, pet boarding requires more effort and time will acquire more CodyCoins than a 30 min pet walking.
How do you use CodyCoins?
Pet owners can use the CodyCoins they earn by helping others to request care for their own pets when they're away. Currently, we do not offer the option to purchase care credits with money. Instead, we encourage members to contribute to the community and earn credits through mutual support.

I have a Cavalier King Charles and wanted to meet more fellow Cavalier King Charles owners since they are more prone to health problems. Also wanted my boy to have his own friends. Is the platform really free?
YES! Anyone can join the community and begin swapping pet care with other members. However we do have offer a paid member tier that cost $9.99/month or $99.99/year that unlocks premium features for pet owners that are looking for a more exclusive service. We encourage members to try it out with our 7 days free premium trial.
Do all pet cares have to be reciprocal?
No, they do not. Our “give a care to get a care” policy gives pet owners greater flexibility by allowing pet owners to host others and bank those credits, later using them to obtain pet cares from others later on. Today, any care given equals one care points earned, regardless of the type of care, and there is no way to purchase care credits – members can only earn care credits by contributing to the community.
